By default, PPC Protect will utilize your Google Analytics data to model conversion actions and determine converting ad clicks. However, this isn't always 100% accurate due to data reporting delays and the size of user cohorts.
To counter this, you can utilize PPC Protect's optional conversion tracking script from the Tracking Codes section of your Settings page. This script will allow for a more accurate method of determining when an ad click converts and will utilize this conversion action in your detection algorithm.
We also offer the possibility to 'block on conversion' where you may not which to re-advertise to a customer once they have converted.
To use the script, simply trigger it to fire on a conversion action either directly on your website or with your chosen tag manager (e.g. Google Tag Manager).
The same script can be used across any websites you are protecting in your PPC Protect account.
